2. Description of Services
Oryzen Hosting provides hosting and server solutions, including but not limited to:
- Game hosting
- VPS and dedicated hosting
- Web hosting and bot hosting
- Server management tools and panels
Service features, pricing, and offerings may be changed or updated at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Take full responsibility for all actions under your account
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date
- Not use services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Not host copyrighted or prohibited content
- Keep login credentials secure
- Follow all applicable laws
4. Payments, Billing and Refund Policy
All invoices must be paid through the available payment methods. Services are prepaid and must be renewed before their due dates. Late payments may result in automatic suspension or termination.
Refund Policy
Oryzen Hosting does NOT provide refunds under any circumstances. All payments are final, fair, and non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate permanent termination of all services and a permanent ban from Oryzen Hosting. Legal or collection action may also be taken if necessary.
5. Suspensions and Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- You violate these Terms
- You abuse resources (DDoS, malware, spam, CPU abuse, etc.)
- You open a chargeback
- Your invoice becomes overdue
- You harass or threaten staff
Terminated services may not be recoverable.
6. Data Protection, Backups and Security
Oryzen Hosting guarantees:
- 100% protection of your stored data
- Zero data loss under any circumstances
- Secure storage with fully redundant backup systems
- No file, configuration, or data will ever be lost or deleted by our system
Users may create personal backups for convenience, but Oryzen Hosting guarantees complete internal data integrity with no data loss.
7. Fair Use and Resource Limits
You may not:
- Use excessive CPU, RAM, or disk beyond assigned limits
- Run prohibited or high-risk applications
- Cause node instability
- Attempt to bypass system limits
We may throttle, restrict, suspend, or terminate services if resource abuse affects performance.
8. Service Availability and Performance Guarantee
Oryzen Hosting guarantees:
- 100% uptime for all hosting services
- 100% error-free platform performance
- Zero data loss across all systems
- Fully redundant infrastructure with enterprise reliability
In the extremely rare case of disruption, we will fully restore services with zero data loss.
We do not guarantee uptime or performance for user-installed plugins, mods, scripts, or external software.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Oryzen Hosting for:
- DDoS attacks, hacking, or penetration testing
- Malware, spyware, ransomware, or harmful programs
- Illegal or copyrighted content
- Crypto mining unless allowed by your plan
- Spam, phishing, impersonation, or fraud
- Attempts to exploit or bypass system security
Violations result in immediate permanent termination without refund.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
